Benedict with salmon
Benedict with lightly salted salmon is a gourmet appetizer for which, in addition to salmon, you will need a poached egg, cheese, toast and hollandaise sauce for dressing, which is no more difficult to make than boiling an egg in a bag.
Ingredients
- brioche buns - 200 g (one -50 g)
- butter - 20 g
- cheddar cheese - 80 g
- fresh spinach - 20 g
- lightly salted salmon - 200 g
- poached egg - 4 pcs
- hollandaise sauce - 120 g
- Parmesan cheese - 8 g
- smoked paprika - 2 g
- yolk - 12 pcs
- white wine - 200 g
- butter - 400 g
- starch - 12 g
- lemon juice - 40 g
- salt - 8 g

Step 1
Grease the toast with butter, fry.
Step 2
Put cheddar cheese on the toast, lightly hold it under the grill, and then put spinach, salmon on the cheese, top with a poached egg. Then pour over the Hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and smoked paprika.
