Ingredients
  • dough - 250 g
  • cheese bechamel (aka white pizza sauce) - 42 g
  • mozzarella for pizza 50 g
  • pilengas - 60 g
  • large peeled shrimps - 100 g
  • squid tentacles - 65 g
  • smoked salmon - 45 g
  • Black Sea mussels - 150 g
  • artichokes in oil - 50 g
  • gouda cheese - 80 g
  • olives - 10 g
  • garlic oil - 5 g
  • lemon - 40 g
  • flour - 300 g
  • water - 300 ml
  • salt
  • sugar - 10 g
  • dry yeast - 30 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare the dough: warm water to room temperature, add salt, sugar and dry yeast. Stir and sift flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a round flat cake 5 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet or a special form for pizza with vegetable oil and lay out the cake. Lightly grease the dough with béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, put seafood on top, sprinkle with grated gouda.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the dough is fully cooked.
Step 4
Decorate the finished pizza with olives, sprinkle with garlic oil and lemon.
