Boiled beef and seaweed salad
Very, very tasty and satisfying salad! The interesting taste is harmoniously complemented by a spicy dressing with grain mustard and garlic.
Ingredients
- pickled seaweed (kelp) 80 g
- boiled beef 100 g
- pickled cucumber 1 pc.
- 1 clove garlic
- mustard with grains 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook the beef until tender. Take apart into fibers or cut into thin strips. Cut the pickled cucumber into strips. In a salad bowl, mix the pickled seaweed, beef and pickled cucumber. Finely chop the dill and add to the salad.
Step 2
Salad ready! This salad can be served for dinner. Enjoy your meal!
