Ingredients
  • 180-200 g of prepared beef liver and heart
  • 20 g beef fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 100 ml meat or vegetable broth
  • butter for serving
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 180-200 ml of water

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Sift flour for the dough. In a bowl, beat the salted water and eggs until smooth. Make a depression in the center of the flour slide, pour in the resulting liquid mixture and immediately start kneading the tough dough.
Step 2
Boil all the beef until tender. Chop with a heavy knife or hatchet as fine as possible along with the onion. Stir. Season with salt and pepper. Dilute with broth.
