Buckwheat with minced meat in a pot
Delicious and rather uncomfortable second dish.
Ingredients
- buckwheat 200 g
- homemade minced meat 400 g
- onions 1 pc.
- champignons 150 g
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- favorite spices 1 pinch (s)
- butter for frying 1 tablespoon
- greens for serving 1/4 bunch (s)
- carrots 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Then add the minced meat, fry, stirring for 10-15 minutes (do not cover with a lid), add tomato paste, salt and spices, mix again and simmer for about 5 minutes.
