Chicken fillet with vegetables
An excellent recipe for a slim figure!
Ingredients
- chicken breast 5 pcs.
- mustard 2 tbsp
- yogurt without additives 200 g
- fresh basil 20 g
- tomatoes 3 pcs.
- eggplant 2 pcs.
- zucchini 2 pcs.
- seasoning "Toxana" KOTANYI "10 g
- seasoning "4 peppers" KOTANYI
- salt
- garlic 3 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
The chicken fillet is well washed and the fat and skin are trimmed.
Step 2
Rub the fillets with the "Tuscany" seasoning Italian cuisine KOTANYI, salt and chopped KOTANYI "4 peppers" in a mortar. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and also send it to the fillet.
Step 3
We cut vegetables, add a little salt and spread them to our meat.
Step 4
Cooking the sauce! Chop the basil finely and mix it with mustard and yogurt. And cover the fillet well with the prepared sauce.
Step 5
