Chicken sausages with mushrooms
A great alternative to store-bought sausages is homemade sausages! All you need is just to experiment with toppings and flavor combinations. Some of our favorites are chicken sausages with spices and mushrooms - tender, juicy and aromatic!
Ingredients
- minced chicken 1 kg
- onion 2 pcs.
- clove of garlic 2 pcs.
- fresh champignons 300 g
- red paprika 3 tsp
- ground coriander 3 tsp
- salt 2 tsp
- dried oregano 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grind the onion and garlic in a blender and add to the minced chicken along with the spices.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms (finely and finely if you don't want them to be felt in the sausages, or larger if you want to be felt). Add them to the minced meat and also stir everything until smooth.
Step 3
For sausages, I use a natural casing (you can order it on the market, or you can buy it dried and then soak it in water for a while). Stuff the shell with the minced meat and shape into the sausages.
Step 4
Grill the sausages until tender (usually 10-15 minutes), until a completely clear juice begins to flow out of them. Most importantly: don't overdry!
