Chocolate raspberry dessert.
Ingredients
- raspberries 250 g
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- cream 10% 250-300 ml
- cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- gelatin 10 g
- water 2 tbsp.
- bitter chocolate 120 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Soak gelatin in two tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put the frozen raspberries in a saucepan and add sugar, put on fire and heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and rub through a sieve (if you do not mind raspberry seeds, then you can not rub). Pour the raspberry puree into a measuring cup and pour in the cream to make 500 ml.
