Cocktail Superenerger
Dried apricots are a natural energizer. Potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus are found in dried apricots in an ideal form for consumption. Orange is a natural ascorbic acid. Such a drink can replace a full breakfast and invigorate no worse than a cup of cappuccino.
Ingredients
- 300 ml soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk
- 6 dried fruits
- 1 orange + 2 more wedges for garnish
- 1 tsp chicory powder
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of ground star anise
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the orange, pour the dried apricots over them and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Brew chicory 3 tablespoons. boiling water, mix with condensed milk.
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with orange wedges.
