Cottage cheese casserole with muesli crumble
But what if you combine curd casserole with crumble? The result is a double pleasure - a two-in-one dessert.
Ingredients
- 350 g cottage cheese, 9% fat
- 4 eggs
- 70 g of sugar
- 50 g semolina
- a packet of vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 90 g butter + a little more for the mold
- 100 g muesli
- 40 g of sugar
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 20 g raisins
- 90 g flour + more for the form
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cardamom, semolina and salt. Beat the mixture with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Grease a rectangular shape 30x20 cm with oil, sprinkle with flour. Put the resulting curd mass into it and smooth it out.
Step 3
Mix the muesli with the sugar and pulse using a blender. Add cranberries and raisins, butter and flour. Stir with your hands, the crumble should have a crumb consistency.
Step 4
Spread the crumble over the dough, place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake until the crust is golden and crispy, 45-50 minutes. Let the casserole cool and cut into portions.
