Crisp pie with seaweed and egg
The pie is simply wonderful: tender, airy, crunchy, with a delicious filling of seaweed and eggs with sesame sprinkles.
Ingredients
- puff pastry 200 g
- egg yolk 1 pc.
- a mixture of black and white sesame seeds - for sprinkling
- pickled seaweed 120 g
- boiled egg 2 pcs.
- Adyghe salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the eggs for the filling. Peel and chop finely.
Step 2
Add seaweed, stir, salt to taste.
Step 3
Defrost the puff pastry beforehand.
Step 4
Roll it out in one direction and cut into strips about 4 cm wide.
Step 5
Lay out our filling along the length. Pinch the edges of the dough along the length.
Step 6
Form a pie in the form of a spiral from the strands obtained and put it in a round shape greased with oil.
Step 7
Brush the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with the sesame mixture.
Step 8
