Diet tuna salad
Ingredients
- can of canned tuna in its own juice 1 pc.
- cottage cheese 100 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- sour cream 3 tbsp
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put the cottage cheese on a plate and knead it with a fork.
Step 2
Put the canned tuna in a strainer and drain the excess liquid. Squeeze out the remaining liquid with a tablespoon so that the tuna is compressed. We transfer it to a plate with cottage cheese.
Step 3
Boil the eggs. Then we cool them under cold water, peel them, cut into cubes and add to the salad.
Step 4
We use sour cream as a dressing.
Step 5
Salt the salad, mix and transfer to the bowls. Garnish with a fresh cucumber if desired.
