Domlyama

This dish should be done in the summer when there are a lot of seasonal flavorful vegetables. This dish can be prepared with juicy beef or chicken. The turkey is a little dry.

  • white cabbage 1.5-2 kg
  • tomatoes 2 kg
  • assorted greens (celery, dill, parsley) 2 bunch (s)

  • ground paprika 1 tbsp
  • cilantro seeds 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash all food. Peel the potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Cut the meat into large pieces. Onions - in half rings, carrots, peppers - cut into large pieces. Potatoes - halved. If the potatoes are not large, then leave intact. Puree the tomato. Can be skinned and cut as desired.
Step 2
We put on maximum heat and bring to a boil, then we reduce the heat and simmer for at least 2 hours. After that, you can leave it for a short time (up to half an hour) to infuse.
