Duck wings with champignons marinated "BBQ-Rosemary"
Spicy and spicy duck wings, juicy and fragrant, under the "Barbecue-Rosemary" marinade will bring together friends and family at the table. A juicy onion with pomegranate juice will add spice to the dish.
Ingredients
- duck wings 500 g
- champignons 6 pcs.
- marinade BBQ TM Maheev 5 tbsp
- dry rosemary 0.5 tsp
- lime juice 1 pc.
- seasoning "Adjika" 1 tbsp.
- sugar 0.5 tsp.
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- onion 0.5 pcs.
- pomegranate juice 3-4 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the duck wings, cut off the first phalanx, it is not needed. Cut the wing at the joint.
Step 2
Prepare marinade for wings from TM Maheev barbecue marinade, lime juice, dry rosemary, Adjika seasoning and sugar. Marinate the wings for several hours.
Step 3
Cut the champignons into quarters. Add the BBQ marinade from TM Maheev, stir and leave for half an hour. To improve the taste, I advise you to add a pinch of sugar.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with butter, lay out the wings and fry over medium heat until soft and golden brown. Half an hour before being ready, place the mushrooms between the duck wings and cook everything together. Pickle the onion in pomegranate juice and serve with the wings.
