Here, of course, there should be an epithet Wonderful or Beautiful, maybe even Epic, well, at worst, Wonderful. But cooking it is so simple that it is this feature of it that I wanted to highlight in the first place. And only then sing praises, how delicious and aromatic it is. And that it is impossible even for an adult to tear himself away from him, despite the fact that he was conceived as a simple dessert for a sick child.

Ingredients
  • 175 g semolina;
  • 150 g of water;
  • 1 orange (zest and juice);
  • 115 g of sugar;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 500 g of pumpkin (this is the weight without the peel and seeds);
  • 60 g flour (I have spelled);
  • 1/2 tsp soda;
  • 60 g of vegetable oil.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and bake without regret in preheated to 180 ° C until soft. Grind in your favorite way.
Step 2
In a very nice-looking bowl, combine the semolina, water, zest and orange juice (which you wash very thoroughly with a brush beforehand), sugar, including vanilla and a pinch of salt. And leave to rest and think about eternal for half an hour.
Step 3
Lubricate a baking dish (24 cm in diameter) with some vegetable oil. Pour the dough gently and send your manna to bake in the oven, preheated to 170 ° C for 45 minutes.
Step 4
