Fruit tartare with coconut mousse
Tartare doesn't have to be a snack. It can be made from fruits and berries, seasoned with fruit and coconut milk mousse, and you get a delicious, tasty and healthy dessert - fruit tartare with coconut mousse.
Ingredients
- banana - 20 g
- coconut milk - 10 ml
- pineapple - 20 g
- freshly squeezed orange juice - 20 ml
- pineapple - 50 g
- grapes - 30 g
- strawberries - 20 g
- blueberries - 15 g
- fresh mint leaves
- lime and lemon zest
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the mousse with a blender. Put on a plate.
Step 2
Cut all the fruits for the tartar into small cubes and put them on the mousse with a half-round. Rub the zest of lime and lemon on top. Serve the dish chilled.
