Grandma's balls
Easy to perform, but very original looking appetizer. It is quite possible to involve children in the manufacture.
Ingredients
- minced chicken (I recommend adding a little lard or taking minced meat not from white meat, because when baking the filling will turn out to be dry) 300 g
- yeast-free puff pastry 125 g
- yolk 1 pc.
- onions 1 pc.
- garlic 2 pcs.
- finely cut greens 2 tbsp.
- salt
- pepper
- seasonings to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and oiled. Then grease the balls with whipped yolk and send to a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake until tender, about 30-40 minutes.
