Italian crostini with olives
Ingredients
- 8 baguette slices
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 ml olive oil
- 130 g pitted olives
- 30 g capers
- 25 g pine nuts
- 50 g tomato paste
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper
- tomato
- cilantro leaves
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rub the slices of bread with the garlic cloves and drizzle with 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180-200 ° C until golden brown, 5 minutes.
