Korean kuxi noodles
Kuksi is a traditional Korean dish. It is served cold in spring and summer, hot in winter! The dish is quite light, low-fat, contains a large amount of vegetables, but, despite this, perfectly satisfies! I love this dish and will share my version of cooking kuksi.
Ingredients
- boiled water 1200 ml
- soy sauce 250 ml
- red hot pepper Kotanyi 1 tsp
- coriander 1 tsp.
- apple cider vinegar 5 tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- noodles 400 g
- chicken fillet 400 g
- tomato 3 pcs.
- cucumber 2 pcs.
- celery 100 g
- Chinese cabbage 200 g
- onions 2 pcs.
- bell pepper 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- egg 3 pcs.
- dill 20 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the hard part into strips. Also cut pepper, celery and Chinese cabbage into strips.
Step 2
Add 200 ml of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, finely chopped dill, chopped cucumber pulp and tomato, ground coriander to the water. Stir and put in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Mix 3 eggs with a little water (a couple of tablespoons), salt and fry 4 egg pancakes. Roll the pancakes into a roll and cut into strips.
Step 4
Lightly add some salt to the Chinese cabbage. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a little sugar and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. We mix.
Step 5
Cut the onions in half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Add half an onion, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of sugar to the cucumbers. We mix.
Step 6
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and add to the second half of the fried onion. Fry until tender, add 50 ml of soy sauce. We evaporate the sauce.
Step 7
Season the meat, cabbage and cucumbers with Kotanyi hot peppers. The amount depends on the desired pungency.
Step 8
Boil the noodles until cooked and serve the dish: put the noodles in a plate, fill with broth, put a little cucumber, tomato, omelet, celery, cabbage and bell pepper on top. Enjoy your meal!
