Minced meat roll with egg and onion
This recipe makes a very tasty and tender roll, I recommend it!
Ingredients
- for the base of the roll: minced meat any 700 g
- egg 1 pc.
- table mustard 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- semolina 2 tbsp.
- salt 3/4 tsp
- pepper 1 pinch (s)
- for the filling: boiled eggs 6 pcs.
- onions 1 pc.
- 1/2 bunch green onions (s)
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- butter 1 tbsp
- olive oil (for frying onions) 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add semolina, mustard, mayonnaise, egg, salt and spices to the minced meat, mix until smooth and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the semolina swells and the mass becomes lush.
Step 2
Peel the eggs and grate or chop finely (I chose the second option, so the filling looks brighter).
Step 3
Peel the onions, chop finely and fry until light caramel color in a mixture of butter and olive oils.
Step 4
Roll very carefully into a tight roll, wrap in foil.
