Orange cupcake
Loose and unusually fragrant orange cake, instead of icing here - orange jam. And if you take jam from bitter oranges, it will turn out to be simply unforgettable!
Ingredients
- softened butter 180 g
- light cane sugar 175 g
- eggs 3 pcs.
- orange 1 pc.
- orange jam 250 g
- flour 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer.
Step 2
Add eggs, zest and 125 g of jam one by one.
Step 3
Stir in flour sifted with baking powder.
Step 4
Line the cake pan with crumpled parchment paper. Transfer the dough to a mold and bake for 40 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
Step 5
Leave the cake in the form for 15 minutes, transfer to the wire rack, cool. Brush the top of the cake with the remaining jam. Enjoy your meal!
