Pide - Turkish boats
Ingredients
- eggs (room temp) 2 pcs.
- 1 / 3st. vegetable oil glass (s)
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt tbsp
- 0.5 cup warm ox glass (s)
- pack of dry yeast (11g)
- 2 tsp sugar tsp
- salt
- flour (how much it takes)
- 500 g minced meat
- onions -2 pcs.
- green pepper - 2pcs
- red pepper-1pc
- garlic-1 tooth
- tomatoes-1pc
- spices to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, put yogurt, dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar, salt, butter, add flour and knead a soft dough (do not hammer the dough with flour). Place in a warm place for lifting.
Step 2
Filling: fry the onion, finely chop the peppers and tomatoes. Then add minced meat, stew everything. The filling should be juicy. At the end add chopped garlic, herbs, salt and pepper everything to taste.
