Raspberry sour cream cake with cornflakes
Ingredients
- corn flakes 120 g
- coconut flakes 30 g
- white chocolate 200 g
- gelatin 30 g
- sour cream 300 g
- cream 33% 150 ml
- brown sugar 180 g
- raspberries 400 g
- water 100 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grind the corn flakes.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, then pour it into the flakes, add the coconut. Mix well.
Step 3
Cover the bottom of a split baking dish (22 cm) with parchment or cling film. And put the resulting mass on the bottom of the form, tamp it well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Next, pour cream and 100 g of sugar into a saucepan, bring to a boil, not forgetting to stir and remove from heat. Add the swollen gelatin here and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 5
In a mixer bowl, mix sour cream, creamy gelatin mixture and beat.
Step 6
Add raspberry syrup and the remaining raspberries to this mass, mix gently, make sure not to crush the berries.
Step 7
Remove the cake mold from the refrigerator, pour out the resulting cream and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
