Rice with egg and chuka
Ingredients
- rice 1 tbsp
- canned seaweed 300 g
- egg 3 pcs.
- sesame
- soy sauce (optional)
- oyster mushrooms (optional)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil rice (pour 2.5 cups of water into 1 cup of rice).
Step 2
Chop the seaweed. Break eggs into a skillet and stir constantly. You get chopped scrambled eggs. Add seaweed and egg to the finished rice. Mix everything.
Step 3
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce.
