Sandwiches "Basket with mushrooms"
Delicious, unusual shaped sandwiches for lovers of cheese and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- hamburger buns with sesame seeds 3 pcs.
- processed cheese Hochland "Cheeseburger" slices 6 pcs.
- oyster mushrooms 400 g
- carrots 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- sour cream 2 tsp
- salt 0.5 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- sliced loaf with bran slices 6 pcs.
- parsley sprigs 1 pc.
- dill 0.5 bunch
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the necessary products for cooking. Peel, wash, dry onions, carrots.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and onion into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
Step 4
Wash oyster mushrooms, dry with a towel, finely chop.
Step 5
Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan with onions and carrots, mix. Fry everything together until mushrooms are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add sour cream to the mushrooms, mix.
Step 7
Cut the hamburger buns lengthwise into 2 halves. These are the future "baskets". Remove part of the crumb from the halves to make a small depression.
Step 8
Cut the top crust about 1 cm thick from the slices of the bran loaf. These will be the "handles" of the "baskets". Use the loaf slices for their intended purpose. They are no longer needed in this dish.
Step 9
Dry the cut crusts in a dry frying pan on both sides.
Step 10
Place slices of Hochland Cheeseburger on the bun halves, pressing each slice inward slightly.
Step 11
Put the hot mushroom mass on the slices of cheese. We got "baskets" with mushrooms.
Step 12
Insert the fried crust - "handle" into each "basket".
Step 13
Place sandwiches on a platter. Decorate with parsley and dill. Serve to the table.
