Spicy squid
A fragrant squid appetizer, delicious both hot and cold.
Ingredients
- squid fillet 500 g
- sweet red pepper 1 pc.
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- lemon juice 30 ml
- onion 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tablespoons
- garlic (cloves) 4 pcs.
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- 1/2 bunch greens (a)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the squid fillet, dry it with a paper towel, cut into rings.
Step 2
Cut the onions into half rings.
Step 3
Cut the red pepper into thin strips.
Step 4
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Step 5
Grease a grill pan (you can take a regular one) with a thin layer of vegetable oil, fry the squid rings over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the squid from the pan and set it aside.
Step 6
Pour 1 tbsp into a wok pan. vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic.
Step 7
Add pepper stripes, fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 8
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, nutmeg to the wok, stir the contents of the pan.
Step 9
Add fried calamari, ground black pepper, salt (you don't need to salt, there is enough salt in soy sauce). Mix everything, reduce the heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
