Spinach soup with herbs
Ingredients
  • fresh spinach 70 g
  • cinnamon 20 g
  • parsley 15 g
  • dill 15 g
  • green onions 20 g
  • potatoes 20 g
  • black peas 2 pcs.
  • bay leaf 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
We cut all the ingredients randomly and not finely. Better to tear everything up. We boil water (150 gr.), As the water boils, all this mass of greens is immediately thrown and after 30 seconds we remove from the heat. Add a sprig of bay leaves, a couple of black peppercorns and a few drops of sunflower or olive oil.
Step 2
Cook the potatoes in advance and add to the soup. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar if desired to add a sour taste.
