  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter + a little more for lubrication
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Melt and cool the butter. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, pour in milk, beat. Add flour with baking powder, stir until smooth.
