STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and cut off the protruding hard parts. Core the bell peppers with seeds. Cut off the top third from the tomatoes. Remove the inside of the tomato with a spoon, without damaging the walls.
Step 2
Peel the zucchini, if desired, cut off the ends and cut the zucchini into three cylindrical pieces. Scoop out the pulp from each with a teaspoon, not reaching the bottom of the cylinder, to make a glass.
Step 3
For minced meat, rinse the rice. Finely chop the bacon and onion. Mix meat - minced meat, bacon, rice, onion. Add spices and egg, stir. Stuff the vegetables by wrapping the cabbage leaves like stuffed cabbage rolls.
Step 4
Put the ingredients in mi: first stuffed cabbage, then in order: layer frying sweet peppers, zucchini, tomatoes. It is best if everything fits in several layers, and on top, separately, there are tomatoes.
Step 5
Pour boiling water over the contents of the cauldron so that it reaches the top of the vegetables. Close the lid tightly. Simmer for 1 hour. Place all vegetables on a large flat dish. Sprinkle with a mixture of chickpeas and toasted, garnish with herbs. Season the broth with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve in small cups. Serve the katyk or sour cream separately.
