Wakame beauty salad
Ingredients
- dried seaweed (WAKAME type) 12 g
- canned beans in their own juice (both red and white 50:50) 250 g
- extra virgin olive oil 65 ml
- lemon (juice) 1 pc.
- finely chopped parsley (for dressing) 30 g
- salt, pepper for dressing - to taste
- clove of garlic (for dressing) 2 pcs.
- canned tuna (about 1 can) 320 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Dip WAKAME seaweed in a cup of water for 5 minutes, strain and chop. Drain the canned beans. Let it stand.
Step 2
Preparing the dressing. Add butter, lemon juice, 2 finely chopped garlic and parsley cloves to a bowl. There is also salt and pepper (to taste). Next, beat the dressing with a fork or whisk.
Step 3
We put all the ingredients on a large beautiful dish: beans, tuna, chopped seaweed. Mix all the ingredients well, fill with our dressing with dressing and serve! We eat and look younger!
