Almond pancakes with apricot butter

Almond pancakes are prepared with the addition of almond flour. In this recipe, almonds, cut into thin petal plates, are suggested to be used for serving.

Almond pancakes with apricot butter
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 0.5 cups roasted almonds, ground
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cups whole milk or non-fat cream
  • 0.3 cups honey
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

  • 100 g of apricot jam
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 tbsp. l. dry sherry, optional
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 50 g of apricot jam
  • honeycomb
  • 0.5 cups almond "petals" optional
