Apples combine with vanilla custard for a delicious filling that goes well with tender dough

  • butter 180 g
  • sour cream 2 tbsp
  • egg 1 pc.
  • sugar 150 g
  • flour 360 g
  • baking powder 0.5 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • large apples 2 pcs.
  • for cream
  • milk 350 ml
  • egg 1 pc.
  • sugar 4 tablespoons
  • starch 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar 10 g


Step 1
For the dough, sift the flour, mix it with salt and baking powder. Cut the cooled butter into cubes and grind it with flour into crumbs. Then add sugar, sour cream and an egg. Knead the dough, put it in a ball and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts 1/3 and 2/3 ... Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a layer the size of a mold (I have 24 cm) .. Transfer the dough into a mold, make sides. Chop with a fork and remove the mold with the dough in the refrigerator ...
Step 3
For the cream in a saucepan, mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch; add milk. Stir. Put on the fire and stir constantly until thickened.
