Arugula salad with chicken breast and vegetables
It would seem that there is nothing special in the ingredients, but the combination of sweet chicken with salted Sirtaki cheese and fried almond nuts gives this salad an unusual rich taste.
Ingredients
- arugula 30 g
- eggplant slices 5 pcs.
- chicken fillet 1/2 pc.
- cherry 6 pcs.
- olives 10 pcs.
- Sirtaki cheese 50 g
- French loaf slices 5 pcs.
- roasted almond nuts 5 pcs.
- salt

Step 1

First place the arugula on a salad plate, then put the slices of fried eggplant and honey chicken pieces, add the cherry tomatoes and olives cut in half.
