Baked carp in Polish
Baked fish is always delicious! And baked carp is an essential attribute of Christmas in Europe. I suggest baking carp in garlic, rosemary and soy sauce. Unusually tender fish under a crispy delicious crust!
Ingredients
- carp 1 pc.
- rosemary 4 pcs.
- lemon 1 pc.
- garlic 4 pcs.
- soy sauce 200 ml
- cherry 150 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, rosemary leaves and press-passed garlic.
Step 2
Gut the carp, clean and make cuts.
Step 3
Marinate for at least an hour.
Step 4
Insert lemon wedges into the cuts.
Step 5
Put on a baking sheet, next to put cherry cut in half.
Step 6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
