Baked mackerel with mushrooms and vegetables
Delicate fish stuffed with mushrooms and vegetables. It is very easy to prepare and the taste is simply amazing. This dish can undoubtedly become the main decoration of the festive table!
Ingredients
- mackerel 2 pcs.
- champignons 200 g
- onion 2 pcs.
- carrots 2 pcs.
- bell pepper 2 pcs.
- cheese 100 g
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper 3 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We clean the fish. We make an incision along the ridge, remove the spine and entrails, remove the black film. We take out the remaining bones with tweezers.
Step 2
Cut vegetables and mushrooms, fry until half cooked. Add mayonnaise, salt to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
