Baked pepper rolls with curd cheese
Baked Pepper Rolls with Hochland Cottage Cheese are a delicious snack that just melts in your mouth. The sweetish taste of baked pepper harmoniously combines with the spicy taste of curd cheese. This cold appetizer is tenderness itself!
Ingredients
- sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- Hochland curd cheese with herbs 140 g
- olive oil 2 tsp
- lemon juice 0.5 tsp
- garlic to taste
- parsley to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1

To prepare a snack, you will need curd cheese, sweet peppers (I have different colors), olive oil, a little garlic (half a clove) and parsley for decoration.
Step 2

Wash the pepper, put in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until well tanned.
Step 3

Gently transfer the baked peppers to a container, close the lid tightly and cool.
Step 4

Put the curd cheese in a bowl, add a teaspoon of olive oil, a few drops (half a teaspoon) of lemon juice and some garlic. Mix everything. The filling is ready.
Step 5

Remove the peel from the cooled pepper, remove the seeds and partitions. Cut into long strips about 3 cm wide.
Step 6

Put a teaspoon of the filling on a strip of pepper.
Step 7

Roll up gently.
Step 8

Do the same with the remaining strips of pepper.
Step 9

We got such rolls.

It remains only to decorate with parsley.
