Beef liver with onions and apples evokes pleasant thoughts about cold autumn evenings, cozy restaurants and unique autumn romance. This dish is better known as "Berlin Liver", which creates an even more romantic mood.
- beef liver 500 g
- onion 3 pcs.
- green sour apples 2 pcs.
- butter 50 g
- flour 2 tbsp.
- green onion 1 feather
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the onion into rings and fry in butter.
Peel the apples, cut into slices, core and fry in butter.
Rinse the beef liver in cold water and clean its ducts and films. Then cut into portions, roll in flour and fry in the remaining butter, a little salt at the end of the fried liver.
First put the fried apple circles on a plate, put the chopped fried beef liver next to it, put the fried onion rings on top and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
