Berry Pie

This open pie is prepared very quickly. In winter and early spring, instead of fresh berries, of course, we use frozen ones.

Berry Pie
  • sugar - 200 g
  • butter - 300 g
  • egg - 3 pieces
  • salt - 1 g
  • wheat flour - 450 g
  • almond flour - 150 g
  • icing sugar for decoration
  • cream cheese - 250g
  • cream - 250g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • fresh vanilla - half of 1 pod
  • berries (blueberries / raspberries / strawberries / strawberries) - about 1 kg


Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the dough, roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and roll into a mold with a diameter of 26-28 cm. Cover the crust with baking paper, top with dry beans or beans. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes. Then remove the loaded paper and return the cake to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to brown the dough.
Step 2
For the filling: beat the cream with a mixer until fluffy. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beat with a mixer until smooth. Place the cream on the crust and smooth.
Step 3
Decorate the cake with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
