Carp stuffed with cabbage
What could be tastier than fish stuffed with cabbage? Only stuffed fish caught personally on a fishing trip!
Ingredients
- fresh carp 2 pcs.
- white cabbage 0.5 pcs.
- carrots 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- parsnip root 1 pc.
- sweet red pepper 1 pc.
- ginger root 2 cm 1 pc.
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- salt 2 pinches
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1

Clean the fish, gut, wash, dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper inside and out. Finely chop the cabbage, add a little salt and pepper and mash with your hands.
Step 2

Peel, wash, dry onion and garlic. Cut the onion into thin strips, the garlic into thin slices. Peel carrots and parsnips, cut into strips.
Step 3

Fry onions, garlic and roots in oil.
Step 4

Add cabbage and simmer until half cooked.
Step 5

Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and partitions, peel the ginger. Wash and dry vegetables. Cut the pepper into strips, grate the ginger on a fine grater.
Step 6

Wash the greens, dry, finely chop.
Step 7

Put pepper, ginger, herbs in the cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix and remove from heat. Stuff the carp with cabbage and place on a greased baking sheet. Grease the fish on top with rast. oil.

Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove the finished fish from the oven.
