Chahohbili

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cook the chicken. Mix adjika with butter and spread the chicken, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Cut the onion into small 3x3 mm cubes and fry in butter and sunflower oil. Add tomato paste and fry for another 10 minutes. Then add all the spices and salt. Then pour the broth over the entire mass, bring to a boil, add herbs and salt and cook for 8 minutes over medium heat. Add the sliced tomatoes a few minutes until tender.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a saucepan, pour over the sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
