Chicken and Brie Patties
Ingredients
- 8 filo sheets
- 200 g brie cheese
- 150 g boiled chicken
- 15 g butter
- 1 egg
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost the filo dough in advance.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Melt the butter. Cut the brie cheese and boiled chicken into medium cubes.
Step 3
Open the package with the dough and separate 4 sheets. Place the rest under a slightly damp towel so that they do not dry out. Place the sheets one on top of the other and cut 5 strips widthwise. Leave one stack of strips, put the rest under the towel.
Step 4
Quickly lubricate the strips with oil and stack them again. Place some cheese and chicken cubes on the corner of the strip.
Step 5
Now lift up the corner and bend it diagonally, making a triangle. Continue folding until the entire strip is folded into a triangular envelope. Prepare the remaining 9 patties in this way.
Step 6
Place the bricks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a hot oven. Bake for about 10 minutes, until patties are crispy and golden brown.
