Chicken cutlets with vegetables
Delicious multi-colored cutlets, very much like children for their delicate taste and elegant appearance.
- minced chicken 700 g
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- frozen green peas 100 g
- canned corn 200 g
- chicken egg 1 pc.
- salt (to taste) 1 tsp
- chicken seasoning 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We pass the fillet through a meat grinder. Cut the carrots into small cubes and blanch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes together with the peas.
Add finely chopped onion, corn, carrots, peas, egg, salt, seasonings to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.
