Chicken fillet lula kebab with adjika
Lula kebab is a traditional Arabian dish, which is a long cutlet fried and put on a skewer or skewer. The traditional ingredients for this dish are, of course, meat and onions.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet 1 kg
- onion 3 pcs.
- adjika 2 tsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- water
- vinegar
- granulated sugar
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the onions (1 pc.), Cut into half rings and put in a bowl. Add water, vinegar, granulated sugar and salt to taste.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then cover the bowl with cling film and remove the onions to marinate in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the chicken fillet and peeled onions, then pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add adjika, finely chopped garlic, salt to the finished minced meat and mix everything thoroughly. Then we take out the minced chicken from the container, put it on the table and continue to stir and beat the minced meat for another 7 minutes so that it becomes dense and homogeneous. When the minced meat becomes the desired consistency, put it back in the container and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Soak wooden skewers in cold water. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Then we take a small portion of minced meat and form small “cutlets” with our hands slightly moistened with water. We put a portion of minced meat on a wooden skewer and use our hands to give the desired shape to the kebab. Fry the kebabs in a skillet until golden brown on all sides. Put the fried lula on skewers on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put a baking sheet with kebabs in the oven for 10 minutes so that the meat is cooked from the inside. After that, the kebabs can be served to the table.
