Chicken fillet shashlik with cauliflower
The kebab itself is prepared very quickly, preparation will take a small part of the time. The shish kebab turns out to be tender, aromatic and very tasty. Baked vegetables complement it harmoniously.
- chicken fillet 800 g
- cauliflower 250 g
- red sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- cabbage salt 1 pinch (s)
- lemon juice for cabbage 1 tsp
- vegetable oil for cabbage 1 tsp
- "Mustard marinade for chicken" Maheev 80 ml
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- curry powder 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- sugar 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel. Cut into medium sized pieces.
Place the fillet pieces in an enamel bowl, add the Maheev mustard chicken marinade, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, curry. Stir with your hands. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
Rinse the cauliflower, divide into inflorescences. Place in boiling salted water and blanch for 1 minute. Place the cabbage on a sieve and let the water drain completely. Soak wooden sticks in warm water.
Pepper, peel, wash, dry with a towel. Cut into large squares. Put the cauliflower in a bowl, pour over with lemon juice and vegetable oil, stir.
On wooden sticks, alternately string fillet pieces, peppers and cauliflower inflorescences. Put the skewers with kebabs on the sides of the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the prepared kebabs from the oven, put on a dish. Serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
