Chicken kebab with vegetables
Very tasty, tender, moderately spicy chicken kebab will appeal to everyone, without exception, it is easy and quick to cook, baked with vegetables and you get both meat and a side dish right away !!!
- chicken breast 2 pcs.
- eggplant 2 pcs.
- zucchini 2 pcs.
- bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
- Crimean red onion 1 pc.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- marinade for barbecue 5 tbsp
- bacon 200 g
- salt to taste
- spices to taste
- freshly ground pepper mixture to taste
- parsley, dill, cilantro, basil 1 bunch
- garlic 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Rinse the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel.
Cut into small pieces and place in a deep cup.
Cut the eggplants and zucchini into rings, about 1 cm thick, cut the pepper into large pieces. Add vegetables (except tomatoes and onions) to the chicken in a cup.
Pour marinade over chicken with vegetables, add chopped garlic, spices, salt and pepper to taste if desired (the marinade contains all the necessary spices), mix well, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes and the onion into quarters and, alternately, with chicken and vegetables, in random order, string them on skewers. To prevent the chicken from drying out, each piece can be wrapped with a strip of bacon, but you can also bake it without bacon. The chicken is juicy and tender.
We bake chicken and vegetable kebabs in a preheated oven at 180 * C for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Put the finished kebabs on a dish, decorate with herbs and serve immediately, while they are hot. Can be served directly on skewers. Enjoy your meal!!!
