Chicken legs in apricot glaze
A very beautiful and tasty dish prepared according to the recipe of Vlad Piskunov. Delicate, sweetish-spicy chicken will be a decoration of the festive table!
Ingredients
- chicken legs 3 pcs.
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- seasoning for chicken 1 tbsp.
- thick apricot jam 3 tbsp
- fresh orange juice 1.5 tbsp
- salt to taste
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- hot pepper (mill to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Salt the legs, sprinkle with seasoning, grated garlic, pour over with vegetable oil. Stir and leave in a cool place for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Cover the baking dish with foil, put the chicken legs. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cook for 35 minutes.
Step 3
While the legs are baking, prepare the icing. Put jam in a small container, add soy sauce, orange juice and hot pepper.

Remove the drumstick form from the oven. Apply glaze to the legs with a brush.

Put in the oven again, cook for 10-15 minutes.
