Chicken on apples

Chicken on apples
  • chicken breast 2 pcs.
  • marinade Maheev 5 tbsp
  • white sweet wine 150 ml
  • apples 4 pcs.
  • red onion 1 pc.
  • mixture of Provencal herbs 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • butter
  • salt and pepper


Step 1
Salt the chicken breast, fill with Maheev ketchup and leave for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Cut the apples into slices, put them in one layer on a frying pan, fry in butter. You can add a couple of spoons of honey. We spread, also in one layer, on a plate. Then fry the red onion and spread it over the apples.
Step 3
Fry the chicken breast over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side, add wine and Provencal herbs, simmer for half an hour, put on onions.
