Chicken patties

Do you want to pamper your loved ones with delicious cakes? Feel free to get down to business! The simplest products and less than an hour - and now there are ruddy, fragrant pies on the table.

Chicken patties
  • 2 packs of 500 g of puff yeast-free dough
  • 650 g cooked chicken meat
  • 300 g cheese, preferably with a bright, pungent taste
  • 2 sweet green peppers
  • 1 hot green pepper
  • 4 feathers of green onions
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 large egg
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Defrost the puff pastry beforehand.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop green onions. Remove seeds and baffles from sweet and hot green peppers. Cut the sweet peppers into cubes, finely chop the green peppers.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, bell and hot peppers, green onions, hot pepper sauce, and seasonings.

Roll out a 24x24 cm layer from one package of dough and cut into 9 squares.

Transfer the patties to the baking sheet, seam side down. Beat the egg lightly with 1 tbsp. l. water and grease the pies. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with tomato salad.
