STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash the chicken fillet and mince it.
Add finely chopped garlic, black pepper, seasonings and salt to taste into the minced chicken. Then add water. Knead the minced meat until smooth. Put the cooked minced meat in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours.
Prepare the shell. To do this, rinse the pork casing from salt. Then soak it for 30 minutes in lukewarm water. Then spill it with running warm water inside the shell itself. When the shell is ready, fill it with the prepared minced chicken using a pastry syringe. Pierce the sausages in several places with a needle.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 60 minutes. Sausages should be baked until golden brown.
