Chicken zrazy with cheese and butter
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 50g cold butter
  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 egg milk + 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 slices of white bread without crust
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt pepper


Step 1
Fillet mince or grind in a blender. Add soaked and squeezed bread to the resulting minced meat. Salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons milk. Knead well.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Grate butter and cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic. Add parsley. Mix everything.
Step 3
Form cakes from minced meat. Put in the center 2 tsp. fillings. Form zrazy. Dip first in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides.
